Electrochromic mirror - P307FL

At the first - sorry for language, but I think, better English than Polish :oops: :-D

I read http://www.clubpeugeot307.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2021&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 about installation of electrochromic mirror in Peugeot 307 (but unfortunatly - I didn't understand). I would like to replace my mirror with electrochromatic (I have new P307SW (Face Lifting)). Do You have any photo documentation and list of reference part number (I know, that 8149.XG is the mirror)?

Indeed, the reference is the mirror. The post al that you talk about, speaks a user who put the electrochromatic mirror of a Citroen C4 that obtained single by 25 euros in a "take apart", but the original one of Peugeot costs 160 euros (and the one of Citroen: 120 euros). But soon it had to buy the support, because the one of the normal mirrors is not worth. The support costs 3 euros and the cover of conections costs 0,93 euros. The wires of the electrochromatic mirror is necessary to connect them to those of the front inner light.

The most important question. What kind of reference will be nescary to do the replacement (all of them: chasis, wire etc.)? I ask, cause I have a problem with polish authorised services (they said "this is not possible to do it" or "wire reference is 6512QJ, it cost 1900PLN - about 500EUR - and it take about 10 hours").

Maybe someone did it and had any kind of manual? :-D

So far, some users has begun to do it and have bought the elements, but nobody has put in the forum since it is still made. As of I said, in Spain, the references and the prices are those that are in the message that appointments, It´s neccesary three elements: the mirror, the support and an element to pass the wires. All this does not costs more of 150 euros, and it is put very easy, sticking the support, connect the wires to the indoor light and put the mirror. 10 HOURS FOR THAT ARE NOT NEEDED.

OK, I bought these items and i have question about that. How to stick "base" - 8148 QT (metal item) into the front glass??

Well, you can find some special products for it, only ask in a "car shop" XD or in a garage or repair shop, maybe they can let you a little, and dont have to buy a whole bottle
